As we enter Alert Level 2, VisionWest Home HealthCare is starting to safely resume non-essential supports.

What does Alert Level 2 mean for VisionWest Home HealthCare?

From Thursday May 14, VisionWest Home HealthCare plans to gradually reintroduce supports that have previously been reduced.

We will be prioritising the restarting of supports for those with the greatest need. This will take between two to six weeks as we need to adjust rosters for many of our Support Workers in order to accommodate the additional supports.

If you are currently not receiving services from us, we will contact you when we are sending a Support Worker to visit you.

This plan may need to be adjusted depending on what guidelines and regulations the Government makes for home healthcare organisations working in Alert Levels 2 and 1. We will continue to update our website if and when changes occur.
